Our Breaststroke Power clinic is designed to build speed and power in each stroke. Through dynamic drills, quickness exercises, and resistance training, your child will learn to drive forward with explosive strength. With an emphasis on timing, fast pulls, and strong kicks, they’ll develop the competitive edge needed to swim faster and stay in control, making every lap a powerful push forward.
