Every Effiswim coach is trained to observe clearly, explain simply, and help swimmers apply corrections in the water. The goal is not to run random sets. The goal is to help the swimmer understand what to improve and carry it into training and racing.

Danny Yeo Kai Quan
Leading EffiSwim is the esteemed Coach Danny Yeo Kai Quan, a former National Swimmer for Team Singapore and the Singapore Swimming Association. With a distinguished 12-year competitive swimming career and over 5 years of coaching, Coach Danny brings an exceptional depth of knowledge to our team.
Danny Yeo is a former Team Singapore swimmer, 10x SEA Games gold medallist and NROC-certified coach. He created The Effiswim Way to help young swimmers understand what to fix, why it matters, and how to apply better movement under pressure.
