There are 2 sessions for this module: Day 1: 25 June 2026 (Thursday) - 8:15am to 10:15am (2 hours) Day 2: 26 June 2026 (Friday) - 8:15am to 10:15am (2 hours) Module 3: Reset After the Race helps young swimmers recover from setbacks, reflect more effectively, and build resilience after competition. It is designed for swimmers who take poor races badly or let one disappointing result affect their confidence for the rest of the meet. By learning how to reset and respond better after racing, swimmers develop a healthier mindset and a stronger long-term relationship with performance This programme is for young competitive swimmers, usually around ages 8 to 14, who are already training and racing but need help with confidence, focus, pressure, or race-day performance.
